Organizing your paper bills is important!

Have you ever mistaken the 1,000 pesos new paper bill as the 100 pesos new paper bills? Well, you're not alone!
A lot have also made a mistake probably because this two bills have a similar color. In situations which requires quick payments, there's really a high possibility that one would mistaken the bill as the other bill.

At first glance, you wouldn't really distinguish the difference because the top parts are almost the same color; both blueish. And if a thousand paper bill was placed with the other hundred pesos paper bill, you wouldn't really notice, would you?

You can't blame and call the people who conducts this mistake as clumsy or stupid. Understand that some people are just really in a hurry for work, school or for something important or that they are too pre-occupied to really look into details.
So to avoid this from happening to you (again), try these tips I came up with. Though the suggestions may be a common sense to some... well, it's much better that we are reminded from time to time, right?
TIPS HOW TO AVOID SPENDING A THOUSAND PAPER BILL AS A HUNDRED PAPER BILL

1) SEPARATE THE 1,000 PAPER BILLS

If you have a long wallet or any wallet with card slots, make sure to separate the 1,000 pesos paper bill and place it in one of the spaces of your wallet. Make sure it's tucked in tight so it won't come off when you pull off a card placed in the same slot or when you  open your wallet.

If you only have a coin purse, try to fold your bills in a manner that the monetary figures are shown. Find a rubber band, arrange your bills from the smallest monetary value to the largest and tie them together.

Always make sure that your purse is well-closed so none of your money would full off. Remember that your bills are all together so you should be really careful when getting something from your purse.

If you don't have a purse and usually use your pockets, I suggest that you buy a purse or proceed to the next tips.
2) EXCHANGE IT FOR LOWER BILLS

If you just got it from an ATM machine, you may proceed to your bank and tell the teller you just would like to exchange your 1,000 pesos bill.

If you got it as a change or you claimed it from a money center, you could ask them to change it to a smaller bill. This is, for me, the most effective tip.
3) ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE PAYING.

Though this is the best way to do, as I said earlier, understand that there are really circumstances that requires quick payments like for example: getting off a cab, buying from a public market, etc. But of course, even though you've done the 2 tips above, don't forget to double check the money before handing it to the other person & vice versa; also double check the money others hand to you. If you see that the person gave you a thousand rather than a hundred, have the decency to return it back.
There are a lot of opportunists & dishonest individuals now; it's already hard to think or say that we can count on others to actually return it. So do your job and find ways how to prevent them from scamming you.
Try what I suggested above and tell me if it worked. If you have other suggestions or experiences related to this topic, feel free to share it through the comment box below.
Thank you for reading through and I hope you I helped or at least reminded you somehow. God bless!

I'm perfectly imperfect.

As early as 25 years old, I have wrinkles. I often have pimple problems and I don't have a good set of teeth to begin with. But I know that even though I have so many imperfections, I could still be a beautiful person... it just takes the right people to see it.         Each one of us are beautiful in our own ways. God never made anything ugly. That's why we are called God's masterpiece, remember?
