Every girl needs a me-time  once in a while. We need to feel relaxed and feel like a princess when pampered. I couldn't think of any other nail salon that can make me feel that aside from Pink Me Up Beauty Nail and Dry Bar. I've seen their Facebook page when they were just starting. Even then, I knew they will be known and succeed in their business. However, I wasn't able to try them before until my birthday last year.

I never imagined how I will be spending my Valentines day ever since I got single. I would usually just stay at home, watch a DVD and eat popcorn or something. But this year, it was different. I had the chance to celebrate it with fireworks. Moreover, I was even able to achieve my dream of attending one of popular festivals in our country: The Hot Air Balloon Festival in Clark, Pampanga.

If you're an Apple product user, I'm pretty sure you've had problems with your lightning cable. I honestly don't know why these cables were designed to be so weak compared to the other smartphone brands. It's quite annoying already. My second (2nd) lightning cable gave up on me a few weeks ago and I had to purchase a new one... again! Well, this is usually the problem we encounter: the cord from the charger tip (to the phone) or the usb part (to the main charger power) gets torn out easily or frayed (see photo below).

I knew about this app from Irish's post  ( www.imsociallyawkward.com ). I found it interesting to try since I'm always either mistaken as a young college student or a teacher. I just wanted to see what this app would say in terms of age.

MTRCB IMPOSES STRICT MEASURES OVER PBB 737 TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF MINOR HOUSEMATES The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) imposed strict measures and closer collaboration with ABS-CBN Corp. and SkyCable Corporation as a result of the mandatory conference held Thursday. The conference meant to address various issues and concerns regarding the protection of the welfare and development of minor “housemates” in the television program “Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737” (and as regards other concerns about self-regulation).

As I was organizing the files in my external hard drive, I came across the folder that contains our Tagaytay Photo Shoot project back in college. This was a project for our photography subject and our task was to dress up like rock stars. We had to be a model and a photographer at the same time. I was Dana's model and she was mine. The challenge was to take photographs under the rock star theme in a farm! Believe me, it was really challenging because we had to find locations within the farm that can relate to a rock star (tough) look or character. It was challenging and fun! It was definitely something worth remembering for all of us.
