Excuse my consecutive food blog posts since it's all we can do here in PNG:
EAT.
Vision City is a not-so-big mall here in Port Moresby near the Sir John
Guise Stadium. Ever since it was built, there were more food choices compared
to before where almost all the restaurants are serving Chinese food.
There were other Japanese restaurant before but to my, Ten is by far the
best Japanese restaurant I've been to here in Papua New Guinea. The ambience is
good and the location is accessible and safe.
Ten is located on the ground floor of Vision City (G12 & G13). You can contact them through 302 8566 or 302 8569.
I'm not really fond of Japanese food but my Dad is. He loves different
Japanese dishes particularly the Sashimi. He even makes one at home when he
craves for it.
We didn't eat much last night because we had our late lunch. So we only orded
a small Sashimi Moriawase, an Ebi (creamy prawn) and prawn friend rice. If
you've noticed, my family is a sucker for prawns or shrimps! Hehe.

Remembering my 101 in 1001 bucketlist, I thought I'd be able to get a new
favorite meal. The Ebi was good but not good enough to be my new favorite.
Don't bother asking me about the Sashimi. I've tried it before and I just threw
up. I'm not really into raw food.
That's about it for now. So if in case you have a family member coming
here, or is here in PNG, you can suggest that they try out Ten. The prices are
affordable and the meals are worth the penny, as they say. It's ideal that you
eat there with family or friends for an occasion. They have this room where you
will be seated and a chef will cook the meals you ordered in front of you. Chef
Logro's style. Lol.
And oh! Before I forget, please permit me to post a few photos of me from that night. Hehe. I love my outfit!
