My friend invited me for the Color Manila Run 3 which will be on January 4, 2015 at BGC, Taguig City, Philippines. Though this might be a late post about the race, I'd like to share the details with you.

How to claim your kit:
Bring your confirmation email (print out) and one (1) valid ID.
If you are claiming for someone else, bring their confirmation email, one (1) valid ID of registrant and authorization letter.
Race Mechanics
1. THE COLOR MANILA RUN 2015 IS ORGANIZED BY PROACTIVE SPORTS MANAGEMENT.
2. POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION OF EVENT
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone Color Manila Run 2015 at any given time. In the case of cancellation, the Organizer will inform the Participant prior to the date of the Event and there shall be no refund of fees paid. The Organizer is not liable for any loss or inconvenience.
3. NO REFUND POLICY
Once registration has been completed, there will be no fee refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the Event or claim their race kit during the given date or time. There will be no fee refund if the event is cancelled.
4. RACE KIT CLAIMING
Participants agree to claim their race kits at the given date and time. Organizer will not be held liable for any unclaimed race kits. No requests thereafter will be entertained.
5. PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
Participant agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant. If the Participant provides any false or outdated information, the Organizer may terminate the Participant's registration. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries to another party or change any information (i.e. name, gender, race category) after their registrations are confirmed.
6. LIABILITY
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organizer to ensure the participants' safety, participants run at their own risk and the Organizer will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in the race. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual Race Day.
7. RACE BIB
The form on the reverse side of the participants' bib number must be completed in full and accurately. Participants must wear the assigned bib number on his/her chest. Participants who are not wearing a bib number cannot partake in the race.
8. CUT-OFF TIME
Participants should start not later than five (5) minutes after the designated gun start. Late Participants will not be allowed to race. Roads will be opened for public use four (4) hours after the first gun start. Participants who are still on Route and choose to continue running after the cut-off time, do so at their own risk.
9. FINISHERS MEDAL
All Participants who successfully complete the race will be awarded a Finisher’s medal upon presentation of their Bib Number to the respective officials at the medal collection counter. All Finisher's Medals must be collected on Race Day. No requests thereafter will be entertained.

Above are the details for the race I will be attending on the 4th of January, 2015. This will be my first race and I'm very excited. This would be a great way to start the year.
