Pink Me Up Beauty Nail and Dry Bar

Every girl needs a me-time once in a while. We need to feel relaxed and feel like a princess when pampered. I couldn't think of any other nail salon that can make me feel that aside from Pink Me Up Beauty Nail and Dry Bar.

I've seen their Facebook page when they were just starting. Even then, I knew they will be known and succeed in their business. However, I wasn't able to try them before until my birthday last year.

The location wasn't that hard to locate however, I wish they could have a much convenient location like a mall. They are located at the far end of a condominium's second floor. The condo was easy to locate (near S&R Shaw and Project Pie) but the salon itself was almost hidden at the far end.

When I arrived, the front desk was pretty neat and the receptionist welcomed me with a pleasing smile and assisted me in choosing the service I will have that day. I was then asked to sit down while the staff prepared the materials for my spa.

It's actually been almost a year and I cannot remember the service I chose but it was very relaxing.

Their interiors were really cute - from furniture to wall embellishments and decorations. The song they play and the ambiance were very soothing. I remember falling asleep while their staff was doing my nails.

They have been known to be the nail salon for bridal showers, spa parties and alike. They have nice group/party deals which you can directly inquire through their Facebook page or their email: pinkmeupbeauty@gmail.com.

Not only are they offering spa services, they also have a mini dry bar where you can have you hair done. I'm just not sure if they do makeup services too.

Overall, I was satisfied with my visit. My nails were done perfectly and I had a wonderful spa experience. I was really able to relax for my birthday celebration and that's what mattered to me.

Their prices are almost the same as the other spa/nail salon services from the mall. I'm pretty sure they have changed their prices (it's been a year since I went there) so I suggest you inquire through their Facebook, email or any of the following contact numbers: (02) 358-2412 or (0915)139-2234.

Would I visit them again? I want to! However, it's too far from me. I was only able to go there because I stayed for a week in Pioneer, Mandaluyong (Manila, Philippines) for my birthday celebration.

If you're planning your visit, I suggest you place an early reservation or confirm if they will be open for walk-ins because sometimes, they're closed for their spa parties. To avoid the hassle, check their Facebook page for updates or better yet, drop them a call.

OOTD: Katipunero Inspired

Since it's Independence day and I wanted to go and hang out in the mall, I searched my wardrobe for pieces that could resemble with Philippine's Independence and this is the closest that I can up with.

Simply pretty

Honestly, I don't know how to describe my outfit last Friday. I wore this top I bought from a thrift store in Papua New Guinea. It was the Jajay's top from this post  while pairing it with my LeDonne pastel pink flats, my BNY jeans and my Sophie Martin bag. To finish up the girly look, I wore my i2i shades. I felt pretty that day. Simple but pretty. :p
